Bacon weave Ribeye!😜

Looking for suggestions on cooking this. I have a pretty thick 1lb ribeye and 24 oz’s of bacon. Not sure of the cooking sequence!

OMG that was awesome!!! The steak was about 2” thick. I cooked it in a skillet for 5 min on one side then 3 min on the other. Then applied the bacon weave and stuck it under a broiler for 8 mins on one side and 3 min’s on the other. You can see the results.

Bacon tends to want a higher temp and longer time than steaks.

But you can develop a bit of surface flavor transfer with bacon weave at steak temps and then sear the hell out of it to cook the bacon.
