I made this for Thanksgiving and it was a hit. I am going to play with the recipe a bit and make it into fat bombs.
Dip recipe
8oz cream cheese
8oz sour cream
6 slices of bacon (who measures??)
2 tbsp green onions
1/2 cup blue cheese
1/3 cup walnuts (you could easily switch for pecans)

I think I am going to make it as is, except cut the sour cream to thicken it up and roll it in more bacon.
Can you tell I’ve been fasting? All I think about is food. Fattening, blue cheese, bacon encrusted food. One more day!!
