Well I failed carnivore :joy:
I just cant forego salad anymore.
Fuck vegetables though. I still wont eat a lot of those.
May just let that accountability thread die off in the wind… :thinking:
I think I’ve found my groove with fasting though.
Currently at 69 hours. I just cleaned the house :grin:
I’ve missed the energy and clarity.
4.6kg loss so far but I plan on refeeding tomorrow night so I’ll post the real loss after that.
I think I’m going to design a fasting schedule too.
What’s the opposite of a NSV?
Because my favourite Jean’s dont fit anymore.

Well I managed a 92 hour fast, and broke it with porterhouse steak and salad, with buffalo chicken wings and blue sauce.
I refed on Saturday night, ate normally yesterday and weighed in at 67.2, which is a total fasting loss of 4.2kg or 10.3lbs.
I’m now on another 3 day fast until Wednesday night. WEEEE. Feeling far better than I have the last few weeks.

Well, I am super happy with how this fasting schedule is progressing.

In 2 hours i’ll have finished my 72 hour fast, which will make a total of 164 hours fasted this week, total weight loss 14lbs.

I plan on eating more tonight than I did the last time I broke my fast.

I’ve dropped all the dreadful water weight I’d been packing on with carbage over the last few weeks.

My thighs are finally starting to slim out, including those dodgy fat pockets on the sides of my thighs. This is the most stubborn fat I’ve ever had the pleasure of trying to shift.

Apologies to @juice in advance for my terrible photograph skills and lack of decent background, he’s going to roast me anyway so I thought i’d mention it first :wink:

3 weeks until I go to Hamilton Island, and I think i’m bikini confident lol.

Sorry for the late reply, I was at the great barrier reef!

Tomorrow is my one year keto anniversary, I’ve kept 10kg off of the 18 I’ve lost but have been a bit silly over the last few months.

Am restarting today, feeling a lot more focused than I have been lately.

Literally 70kg on the dot, so that’s a good starting point :stuck_out_tongue:

Happy One Year Keto Anniversary to meeeeee.
Started last year on April 30
Maintained a 10kg (22lbs) loss
Don’t really have a goal weight in mind this time around
Am going to focus more on staying in ketosis
Already lost 0.5kg overnight
Pretty sure it’s going to take me at least a solid week to get back into Ketosis, but that’s cool…
WINTER IS COMING… I enjoy fasting a lot more in Winter so Im looking forward to getting back into that.
