A couple eggs would go well with those too, nice runny yokes mixed with the butter and pork juice, makes a nice little sauce you can drink right off the edge of the plate - also something that’s usually best done before the wife comes home. Also frowned upon at restaurants, or at least so I’m told every time I do it.

I’d either cook the eggs separately or just put the pan on the cook top after the steaks are done and cook them in all the steak juice and butter

I poured the meat juice into a bowl and put two egg yokes in and mix and pour over meat

Heavy Whipping Cream, my favorite is form Costco, they carry a 40% fat from Darigold. I’ve been known to drink it via a cordial glass from time to time.

Won’t quite work the same, but still delicious. Canned stuff is sweetened, but you don’t get much sweetener in a mouthful from the can… which is the correct way to eat it

Ok I’m at 80 G protein of 121g and 87g fat of 150g, I just like to know where I am so know if I can eat more later if I want sense I didn’t eat much at lunch and my calories are at 1202 of 1928
