It might be nonsensical to you but it makes perfect sense to me, how do YOU know where your at in grams if you don’t log it, you have a computer in your head your not telling me about?

It’s not about staying in Ketosis anyone can do that, it’s becoming fat adapted that’s the hard part, I mean I have a friend that works at the meat dept at a grocery store and he has been in Ketosis for 6 months and has no idea what fat adaption is

I suggested to stop app altogether and keep food journal.
I know for a fact im in ketosis at 50g carbs or less. If that doesn’t work for you fine but don’t tell me what does or does not work for me.
Last week I fasted for 22 hours and it was an accident. I simply wasn’t hungry.
This week I went 18 hours because I wasn’t hungry.
I haven’t been hangry once since I started.
