It’s not about staying in Ketosis anyone can do that, it’s becoming fat adapted that’s the hard part, I mean I have a friend that works at the meat dept at a grocery store and he has been in Ketosis for 6 months and has no idea what fat adaption is

Okay, clearly you are ignoring most of what I’ve said this evening. Which makes sense. You shouldn’t trust what I have to say. It’s not like I’m doing all this for free, and have lost 80 lbs AND reversed T2D…

Why is it you are clinging to what the app tells you to do, even after 3 months of feeling miserable and seeing no results.

You realize the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results?

I said a food journal.
Duh
Breakfast bacin and eggs. 0 carbs
Lunch pb&,j on carbsmart tortilla 10 carbs.

I suggested to stop app altogether and keep food journal.

I know for a fact im in ketosis at 50g carbs or less. If that doesn’t work for you fine but don’t tell me what does or does not work for me.

Last week I fasted for 22 hours and it was an accident. I simply wasn’t hungry.

This week I went 18 hours because I wasn’t hungry.

I haven’t been hangry once since I started.

Every time someone offers you help you shoot them down. Stop being so dang grumpy and negative
