Oh please don’t quit. I am down 15 pounds in 30 days. It will come. Try different foods. I do like a taco salad with. Burger,chicken or turkey ground and cooked in taco seasoning. Put that with some lettuce cucumber tomato. Add sour cream with a squeeze of lime in it. I make my own salsa and tomatillo salsa. Put a tablespoon on top. Mix it together or eat it Yum. I used to put everything on a tortilla, now I just eat it in a bowl. I sometimes I put some cheese on it toošŸ˜€

I am just frustrated and these ppl are not helping, just making jokes and yes maybe my protein is to high but how do I get my calories higher I mean for Christ sake I eat 12 eggs a day and it’s hard to pay for so much food and sodium, what a bunch of :poop:

Eat 20-50 grams of net carbs. That’s carbs minus fiber
Example 8 carbs
4 fiber
Net carbs 4
What protein you need. I don’t remember your number
Fat till full.

Honestly all I really keep track of is carbs. I just eat whatever I want after that. I’ve been loose keto for a month.

Loose keto means I go over on carbs alot. I aim for 50g or less.

Most here say 20 or less but I know I can stay in ketosis at 50g or less.

Some people can eat more carbs than others. You have to experiment and see what works for you.

I know but anything more than 20 net gram carbs before adapted won’t help, ya myswell just go eat 100 grams of carbs if you gonna do 50, I didn’t have any success at 40 net grams or even 30 :man_shrugging:t2: I wish the stupid ass doctors would get their heads out of their butts and learn about keto so the stupid nutritionist would be supportive as they are not now and help me out, I hate asking this online, too confusing, why you think they make the app? Well to try n take away some stress and confusion of doing it Willy nilly blind leading the blind guessing as I go instead of saying here ya go just follow this app and it will help you do it or understand it better
