Oh please donāt quit. I am down 15 pounds in 30 days. It will come. Try different foods. I do like a taco salad with. Burger,chicken or turkey ground and cooked in taco seasoning. Put that with some lettuce cucumber tomato. Add sour cream with a squeeze of lime in it. I make my own salsa and tomatillo salsa. Put a tablespoon on top. Mix it together or eat it Yum. I used to put everything on a tortilla, now I just eat it in a bowl. I sometimes I put some cheese on it tooš

Honestly all I really keep track of is carbs. I just eat whatever I want after that. Iāve been loose keto for a month.
Loose keto means I go over on carbs alot. I aim for 50g or less.
Most here say 20 or less but I know I can stay in ketosis at 50g or less.
Some people can eat more carbs than others. You have to experiment and see what works for you.
