Because I tried it your way the first two weeks and if you read my posts you wouldnât be saying that, the first two weeks I didnât even have a damn cell phone that worked, and my numbers on everything was all over the place thatâs why I got a smart phone and got an app so I donât go over or under on something because this diet needs perfection to work

According to vegetation/vegan nutritionists that cant appreciate the versatility of pork belly, it probably does seem restrictive. I have a much wider variety of food since going keto than I ever did before.

You are missing the whole point. Every single person is different. The exact same thing doesnât work for everyone. An app is a tool not a Bible. If you eat just to hit some random number in a program⌠That is silly. If you are not hungry⌠do you eat another steak cause your app tells you to? Makes no sense. When you are hungry eat and stop when you are full. I donât know what part of that is really so hard to understand. Just keep the carbs low.
