Huh? Wtf are you talking about? Just net carbs here and today Iām done because I hit 26% protein but Iām ok because I 12g net carbs so Iām done eating for today, and watching total carbs is absolutely retarded because I only eat broccoli or cauliflower because they are low carb but high potassium
If I watch total carbs I wonāt be able to get enough potassium so that aināt happening
Iāve said it before, but lll say it again. If youāre hungry eat. Iām not a fan of counting calories, but since you did, theyāre really low.
If youāre not going to educate yourself on keto, at least stick to the basics:
- 20 grams or less of carbohydrates
- moderate protein scaled to lean body mass
- fat to satiety
Protein is a range and the target is a MINIMUM, donāt worry about going over. In my opinion, percentages are bull shit. You canāt mix percentages with total grams for macros and have it apply to everyone.
The most important thing is, especially early on, eat fat to satiety. If youāre hungry between meals, you didnāt eat enough at the meal. If youāre constantly going hungry, youāll be miserable and youāll screw up your metabolism.
My calories are at 2400 or so, the app says itās where I should be, and you ppl say listen to my body and just eat well Iām not hearing anything and Iām stuffed every meat hell I ate 12 hard boiled eggs today and 12 oz pork steak and 10 oz of broccoli, Iām not eating more or I go over in protein and carbs. I am going everything as best as I can and cannot understand what you ppl are talking about most of the time, most everything makes no sense
Ppl keep saying just eat, itās not a hard diet, well Iām sorry to say you are dead wrong because this diet has to be done absolutely perfect or you donāt get results even better reason to quit
If Iām dead wrong then tell me how Iāve lost 80 lbs and reversed type 2 diabetes without counting anything? If you refuse any and all advice that isnāt what you want to hear because it doesnāt align with how you think things SHOULD work, thereās not much this group is going to be able to help you with.
And I have talked with many athletes at the ymca that say the diet aināt that great if you cannot go out in the heat to work or play golf if Iām going to be losing so many electrolytes

What makes you think an app has a complete undersranding if YOUR specific needs?
Do you think two people have the same metabolism as long as they are the same: height, weight, age, and gender? Oh, and both check the same arbitrary box about activity level?
How am I making this difficult by telling you to stop doing what youāve been doing for 3 months without success and giving you the most basic principles of keto?
