21 Day Fast Journey

(Blyss (Old @Charmaine)) #61

Saturday at 11am will begin day 21! Have experienced more thirst the past few days. But fortunately, no muscle cramps - besides the laughter induced abdominal muscle cramps. I have wanted to go beyond the 21 days, but honestly, I’m craving meat… lots of meat! I’m planning on joining in on the Zorn Fast, so maybe the break should be taken. Will think over it and discuss with my accountability partner. I tend to get gung-ho about stuff and don’t completely count the cost. Blood glucose has dipped back down in the upper 50s and the cool has returned. But, nothing unbearable.

Silly autocorrect - s/b cool LOL

A decision has been made, the fast will end after the completion of day 21.

And this is the final leg and it ends tomorrow at 11am (or shortly there after if my food is ready LOL). I’ve decided on a meal and it’s approved by my accountability partner. I’ve also taken the liverwurst out of the freezer to enjoy this week.

I can’t thank y’all enough for the support and encouragement. This is a huge step for me in my keto journey. Huuuuuge!

Congrats to you! It ends up being easier to go longer.

Well you made it. I’ve been sick most of the time you’ve been fasting, but it’s been fun to watch. Congrats on a great run, and keep up the good work.

Thank you @Adam and @Debby!

I’ll be doing as Jimmy Moore did and do a one month follow up. But before then I’ll give feedback after processing the experience.

I know it was not easy.

(Blyss (Old @Charmaine)) #79

@Kim_Flora_Maydwell thank you! I’m happy that you’re inspired somehow.

@NewImprovedMe it wasn’t but not for the reasons I thought it would be. it ended up being more mental / that was the struggle.
