Very interesting. Thanks for taking us on a 21 day fast. I only did 19 hours for my first and I had not heard of 21 DAYS! until I just read this. How did you feel for your first meal after?

I felt fine. I didn’t do anything heavy, my usual. My hunger level has been minimal since.
