Would an intermittent fast be a good idea

I had a day where I over did it food wise. I was wondering if a fast would help get me back into ketosis faster, and if so, how should I go about it?

You’re not far in so, as per my advice on the other thread, I’d just forget it and keep eating keto.

I agree @juice. I did months of OMAD until I was comfortable with it. Then fasting for several days wasn’t too much of a stretch.

Just keep eating keto until it feels natural - that means your body is using the fat for fuel easily and efficiently. It’s then that your body can use fat-for-fuel from that krispy kream donut you ate a decade ago :slight_smile:
