Wonky test result

Got my test results back from last week. Went from type 2 to pre diabetic in 4 weeks but he is concerned about pancreas test result.Could my pancreas be adjusting to ketosis or should I increase or decrease protein or fat.I know you’re not doctors but anyone have something similar happening ? He didn’t mention any problems with pancreas test last month
