What to eat during feasting days?

I just completed my first extended fast yesterday at 63.5 hours and would like to try another one next weekend. What should I concentrate on eating over the next few days before my next fast? Higher protein? Higher fat? Doesn’t matter?

Eat the standard keto diet, just don’t limit your fat or calories. Eat as much as you like! If you are hungry eat more!

Go get a block of cheese (I recommend swiss) cut off a big slab, microwave it until it’s melty, eat with a fork.

Today is a feast day for me. I start my fast after tonight’s dinner. I’m starting out with a pork rind waffle with sugar and carb free syrup, and 3 pieces of bacon. Tonight will be a bone in rib eye with lots of extra butter! Woe is me this “diet” is soooooo hard!
