What to do with underripe avocados?


Turn them into pickles!!!

This recipe calls for sugar but I’m omitting that. If you like your pickles sweetish, just add your favorite artificial sweetener equal to the 1/3 cup of sugar.

Or… you can slice them to look like potato chips, and then fry them in tallow.

If you stick them in a brown paper bag with a banana, it will ripen them much faster.

Bake them. Wrap them in tinfoil and bake them until they soften.
