Yes i did. Needed to tweak the swerve ratios next time. But we all enjoyed it. Best of all it was easy.
Only 17 days on keto and I’m already craving a big scoop of mash potatoe mmm but nope I’m staying strong knowing it’s bbbbaaaddd… That and chocolate, but gonna try making a fat bomb to cure that craving…
Not now, but last night I was watching a programme and people were eating pie, chips & mushy peas, I definitely felt a fancy for them, but knew they wouldn’t taste anywhere near as good as keto me feels.
CHEESE BREAD!!! Really good french bread covered in different kinds of cheese and all toasty and yummy!!!
Chedder cheese for me this week it seems. Overdoing it somewhat, I just eat it straight up or even with some nice butter spread on. Must be craving more fat n protein I spose.

Fasting today, so craving all the foods. When I eat tomorrow, suddenly I won’t want most of them…go figure.
I think it takes some people a long while to reduce cravings certainly I only recently noticed Im not missing all the rubbish “treats” I used to want.
It’s been just over a year since I went LCHF/Keto mind.

This used to be one of my favorite things. I saw you said that you miss peanut butter. My grocery store has a grind your own peanut butter machine with no added anything. Do you have any place that does that? I make fats bombs with it all the time.
