I’m craving Ben and Jerry’s Chocolate Therapy Ice cream right now but I’m staying strong… Maybe I’ll have some heavy cream, cocoa and a a little stevia. We all have cravings from time to time, especially when your first starting a keto WOE or getting back into a groove. What cravings do you have right now? There just might be a keto version out there to satiate your fix.

I’m actually 24 hours in to the Zorn fast ATM, and I keep thinking deviled eggs. But I’ve read eggs aren’t recommended when breaking an EF. :confused:

LMAO! @Baytowvin! My husband just brought in a bowl of it and I flipped! It’s literally the only thing I can think about. Effing Peanut butter. I miss it so.

@100PercentPHAT & @MissyMe I just broke a 50 hour fast with eggs, didn’t bother me any. Some people do have issues with eggs though.

Some say that eggs can be hard on the stomach when breaking a fast, ie, stomachache and such, so I’ve been too scared to try it…or is the right word chicken? :thinking::grin:

This is encouraging. If I’m still craving it by the end of this fast, I’ll just have to suck it up and give it a go.

Yeah, I know people trying keto with dairy issues… Can you imagine keto with no cheese? Weirdly enough goat milk and cheese is fine. Goat milk I’ve cream anyone? :yum:

@MissyMe :joy: how long have you been in EF? Maybe some bone broth or chicken soup might be easier.I always use broth broth after a fast. Add a tbsp of butter and some sea salt… Can’t get enough of it.

I’m only 24 hours in. Still got a ways to go…but I’m already thinking of foods to break the fast.:joy:

Thank you. This is my 2nd time doing it. Last time i made it to 68 hours, so hoping to do it again, or even a day more would be nice!
