Considering I wasn’t even planning on eating today, this was a bit of a turnaround.
First, woke up unusually hungry and cooked up some bacon served with some English matured cheddar:
Felt great all day then went to a Korean BBQ joint for dinner:

OK, that’s going on the menu. Wayne will love it!! Would love to see a quick recipe recap over in the recipes forum, or a link to a recipe elsewhere.
I bought SIX POUNDS on sale last week. Now trying to make room in my freezer for most of them because I’ve eaten WAYYYYY too many.
I know right!!! In another thread @natasha8694 opened my eyes to this! If you have the ultra model it does sous vide. I had to try it out and it worked and was amazingly delish.
350F. She used my thermo temp thing and took the IT to 170F and let it rest for 15 mins. We talked and think this was a little less than an hour. Oven was at temp when she put it in the oven.
I have a piece of the fatty today for lunch. 18/6 IF day. I am looking forward to the fatty.

Oh no. I hope you feel better. I was watching multiple times a day for one but I think my IP will do for awhile.
Ooh yay! I’m so glad it worked for you. That ribeye looks gorgeous. Don’t you love how it is the same doneness all the way through?
I can’t thank you enough…you saved me $100 bucks at least and more junk in the house. It was the best steak I’ve ever had. It was so tender and perfectly cooked. Even the man who prefers his meat well done asked me to cook his like this as well.
Went wrong tonight- chicken livers were great but got caught out with the sweet sauce on the meats… urghh!
I made this today from this recipe that was linked from one of @OgreZed 's previous posts:
I used grated Parm because that’s what I had on hand. They aren’t large, I know it’s hard to tell in a photo. They are pretty fluffy and quite delicious though. (There were originally 12 of them, I ate 3 as soon as they came out of the oven.)
