Addendum to yesterday’s chili post: The test of the correct fat content is measured by the need to reheat it in order to scoop more, because it’s bascially a solid block straight out of the fridge.
just made my first meal of the day after my morning run i consume 80-100g of protein daily and like to get most of it in with my first meal post workout. 3-egg omelette with 2oz deli ham, a small amount of green pepper and 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese, cooked with 1 tbsp of EVOO. 3 slices of bacon and 2 cheese sticks! the meal comes out to 790 calories, 63g of fat, 5g net carbs, 55g of protein, and 1720mg of sodium. now please excuse me while i go demolish it
Went to my favorite restaurant, today. Sorry, I got so anxious, I started eating before I remembered to take a picture of this amazing rib-eye and steamed broccoli.
Can’t tell you how many times I’ve left a restaurant feeling bloated and miserable, but not anymore!
A friend moved into town and is staying with me till she finds a place. She asked how I lost weight, and look so healthy. I said keto, preparing myself to explain… She had already been researching and considering it herself! So tonight we made fathead pizza (with the egg this time. I liked it! Easier to roll with the egg in it.)
Soft goats cheese,broccoli,prawns,red peppers,olives,jalapeños, mixed seeds with an apple cider, olive oil vinaigrette. Weird combo I know lol, really tasty though.

Hatch green chile scramble with queso fresco, along with homemade bacon…that I left in the oven a bit too long. The dogs got a little more bacon than normal.
Care to share your mustard recipe? I’d love to give it a whirl, and I’m sure my German hubby would not object to taste testing for me on that one!
