I opened two cans of “Wild Red Pacific Salmon”, Mixed in a few cloves of chopped garlic and my favorite Caesar dressing and used it as a celery dip. I called it a “meal”!

I have a vegetarian friend who loves hummus, but was on an anti-inflammatory (low-carb) diet after brain surgery. I found some sunflower seed hummus at the farmers market & bought it for her. She loved it!

Oh good. I’ve been adding MCT oil to my morning coffee too. I’ve been a bit scared about eating too much fat though, because I might have ketones in my urine, but how do I really know if I’m burning fat and not storing it…? I know I’ve lost mostly water weight at the moment.
