I opened two cans of “Wild Red Pacific Salmon”, Mixed in a few cloves of chopped garlic and my favorite Caesar dressing and used it as a celery dip. I called it a “meal”!

Learning to like fish part ???

Salmon and cream cheese sandwich. With peashoot greens (I didn’t know that was a thing either. Got them from the farmers market). Made me think…it’s been a lonnnnng time since I’ve had a sandwich

Bagels is just fathead dough with trader Joe’s everything seasoning. Google ketoconnect fathead bagel.

I have a vegetarian friend who loves hummus, but was on an anti-inflammatory (low-carb) diet after brain surgery. I found some sunflower seed hummus at the farmers market & bought it for her. She loved it!

Pizza Hut medium meat lovers with black olives (no crust). :grin: Just ask them to bake it in a deep dish pan or two of the little ones (That’s how they cooked mine and it was wonderful).

Keto newbie here. Can anyone tell me if I’m doing this right? Does this meal look suitable…? My keto sticks read roughly between 1.5 - 4.0 mol/L this afternoon. If anyone uses ketone urine testing strips, what time do you usually test? I don’t do intermittent fasting, but will be starting it on Monday as it’s a week before I go to Greece for a wedding.

Oh good. I’ve been adding MCT oil to my morning coffee too. I’ve been a bit scared about eating too much fat though, because I might have ketones in my urine, but how do I really know if I’m burning fat and not storing it…? I know I’ve lost mostly water weight at the moment.
