What did you Keto today?
Big ole’ piece of Chicken Breast, pan fried in Coconut oil and then smothered in a creamy Mushroom & Broccoli sauce. it was very good! … Also had a cup of Whole Milk, Creek Yogurt with some Raspberries.
Hosted my brother’s birthday party today and decided to make only keto friendly foods.
Avocado chocolate brownie with nuts on top - no sugar, made with 100% chocolate. (blurred in the picture because it had his full name on top of it spelled with nuts)
Pizza - crust made out of ground chicken, topped with with mushrooms, peppers, pepperoni, baby spinach, kale, Ukrainian sausage, and cheese.
Meat, cheese and veggie platter.
Bowls of nuts (pecans, walnuts, macadamia nuts, peanuts), strawberries, and blackberries.
It was all absolutely delicious, I’m just upset I can eat all the brownies myself, they were so good!
And for supper we will grill some mackerels outside :).
Nice. … I’ve been wanting to to make a Keto Pizza myself, but haven’t yet. If not this weekend, the next for sure!
Open face sloppy joe (there’s a cheesy almond bun under there) with a little havarti and sugar-free BBQ sauce. Not super fancy, but I needed to eat before I lost it
I was just telling my wife today, that I needed to find a nice Keto BBQ sauce. Though I don’t use it as much as her, I would still like to have the option.
I feel like kerrygold is teasing us. They should go ahead and give us 1 gallon jars already.
Costco is carrying 4 brick packages now.
I keep hearing people mention Kerrygold, but I’ve never tried it. Guess I need to.
I did notice though, at the store we frequent, that they only carry Kerrygold in two-pack only.
My Costco has had the salted for a while, but I haven’t seen the unsalted. I’ll have to check on my next run, along with looking for that Pic Nik creamer.
All these Costco plugs you’re doing, I’d think you were @Anniegirl9.
G Hughes brand. It’s available online and at Walmart. 2 carbs for 2 tablespoons. It’s on the sweet side so a little bit goes a long way.
HAHAHA!! They know me well at my Costco. They call me butterhead.
I use the unsalted for my homemade ghee.
Thanks, Ernest. I will definitely give it a try. Hearing nothing but good things about it.
Kerrygold is definitely one of the best and I’ve been eating it for years! However, I recently found Lurpak, Danish butter, and it is FABULOUS! It has twice as much fat as Kerrygold! YUM!
Where did you buy this at?
Plus any brand that uses the marketing slogan “ slightly salted “…I just HAVE to try😂
Brilliant. Imho
