Creamed spinach with bacon and shrimp (3yo picked out most of the shrimp before I got to it) with lemon pepper ribs.
My first time making creamed spinach. Looks like dog barf but tasted good. Need to work on the cream to spinach ratio.
I have a bunch of left over cream sauce (butter, cream, parmesan, and cream cheese). Any ideas of how to use it up? I thought of putting it on broccoli or making cream of broccoli soup. I have left over ribs for tomorrow so a side dish would be good.
