@Ernest You call your SV the hot tub time machine? That is just awesome! LOL
What did you Keto today?
So wasn’t today… just getting around to posting because my 16 daughter said dad I’m eating Keto for this and had lettuce wrapped cracklin’ chicken. Very cool! A few pieces went missing before I could take a picture
And for those that aren’t familiar with cracklin chicken here is the technique https://nomnompaleo.com/post/74180911762/cracklin-chicken
My awesome wife asked what I’d like for my birthday and looking at the pictures I picked the Keto Sansrival from ruled me. It looked like quite a bit of work and I was worried about how sweet it would be with all the allulose. We ran out so what i tasted had less than the recipe called for. It was remarkably not that sweet!

I am very lucky to have someone who would go through the trouble of making this even bough they aren’t eating Keto!
Me too. I didn’t use any spices except salt and pepper this time and had less smoking in the pan.
Epic Day of Keto Accomplishments:
- I went to my local grocery store to find THIS sight greeting me.
- I grilled a gorgeous feast of grassfed wagyu beef and flat iron steak. The veggies are leftover roasted cauliflower and broccoli that I just popped on the grill.
- I discovered that I have a 4 in long PUBESCENT avocado! After years of trying, my old infertile Hass avocado tree has finally made a baby. I’m so proud.
I’m in SoCal as well
Never been there, thanks. Interesting
