Got a “club pack” of pork chops 50% off this morning, so decided to poach them in bacon nectar for a little over 2 hours, then a quick braise.
Added the au jus back to the pan to make some “gravity” with a little xanthan gum.
Braised the broccoli in bacon nectar (of course).
LOVE what it does to veggies!!! Caramelized goodness!!! 
And, yes, full disclosure…I live alone and I DO lick the damn plate when it’s something this savoury!!! guilty pleasure
