GREAT. It’s a new Lodge. I grinded/sanded it down and started the re-season by cooking bacon. Better then new.

Lol. A new Lodge here as well. Ground and sanded down for smooth frying surface and cycled 8 times with the flaxseed oil seasoning process.

OH! Oh! Oh! Tamales?!? Yes! They look wonderful. Fiorella often uses baby corn in her recipes to provide a corny flavor without the carbs. I’ll offer to be a taste tester if you try it out…lol
