Last nights Deep Dish Meatza crust, again! This time I only used 1lb of Italian Sausage for the crust and I think we like it better that way. Added, pepperoni, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, black olives, bacon, and anchovies! Sure is Yummy!
Lunch is “Steak fajita’s” (Chipotle, Guajillo ground chili’s, black pepper, garlic & onion powder, sautéed in bacon nectar), then a little cheddar grated on top with some dollops of sour cream. Paprika over-easy eggs on the side.
…also had a salad to keep my liver happy.
Fried chicken thigh & bacon salad, what you can’t see is the 3tbsp of dressing that I drank after finishing the food.
It’s odd, it’s only a couple years since a mate convinced me to try dressing on salad (always used to have naked salads as oil is fat & fat is bad) now I’m drinking the stuff

Roasted chicken leg/thigh/wing (all the good bits cause hubby likes the borring white meat ) bacon & pine nuts with aspartigus in bacon fat. Creammed spinach (cooked in the chicken fat then add cream cheese, salt , pepper)
