I bake my bacon…Usually have a big package (2 lbs). The first pan is always gorgeous…and then somehow (maybe because I’m eating it) the second pan always gets overdone…LOL…Bacon bits all around…

I usually put in a carriage return to make sure I don’t turn things to alphabet soup. We all know the pasta isn’t good for us. :smiling_imp:

BPC has quickly become one of my favorite keto things. Making it ahead of time in lil elephant shapes…well…thats just the silliness I need to start my day. Almost 40 and still get a kick outta tiny shapes of food. Have a great day!!

MFP suggested that if everyday were like yesterday, I’d be up a pound in five weeks. Feldman protocoling… eggs done in the Kenji style, with a tablespoon of kerrygold beaten in and left to sit for fifteen minutes. Cooked on medium, in another tablespoon of KG, for that sweet spot between French and diner. Steak was eye of ribeye. Sous Vide for 133x4, then seared on the griddle on my grill. This was one of six meals yesterday.
