I did 300 kettle bell swings, 100 kettle bell squats and 60 push-ups this morning. Just a bit tired and my give a shit level is pretty low right now.
It may not be the kettle bells, because I donāt have any and my level has been low all week.
I had an extremely stressful work week. After my workout this morning I spent the day napping and Netflix! Trying to rebound.

not exciting but very good, after making a bone broth take some leftover flap steak and put some slices in a bowl, and pour the hot bone broth and the top fat into the bowl spice to flavor and you have a wonderful fatty soup and some great fatty meat, I then take some cucumber and some other veggie raw and cover in ACV and olive oil
My husband makes the soups. Un-stuffed cabbage roll soup is the first one, and the second one is gumbo.
