What did you Keto today?
I’ve been slipping a little this past week or so. But I’m gonna KCKO and get back on track! I ate keto yesterday and starting off today with BPC and an Avocado. I can feel the fog start to lift already lol #gogiants
I don’t make keto desserts that often, but after having to sit 3 metres away from the work not at all keto bake sale all day today I’m rewarding myself for avoiding temptation. Strawberries with chocolate sauce and vanilla mascarpone cream.
It’s simple. A spoonful of mascarpone, blended in with a stick mixer. Pretty tasty.
This was so yummy. A large can of tuna, crushed pork rinds, 2 eggs, green onion, grated ginger and garlic. Made sauce from mayo, soy sauce and lots of horseradish. All stuff I had in my pantry!!!
Sautéed Red Cabbage is delicious with pork chops. I sautéed the red cabbage in avocado oil, then low cooked in ACV, mustard seed, and a little stevia glycerite
Corned Beef (cooked in InstaPot), Browned Cabbage (in Bacon Nectar). Not pictured was Deviled Eggs and Homemade Peanut Butter Cups and you can see the corner of my salad w/ Blue Cheese.

I used Lily’s chocolate and mini silicone muffin cups to form them.
Process:
coat bottom and sides of cup
freeze (15min)
fill with PB
freeze (15min)
cover top
freeze (15min)
enjoy!
Keep refrigerated
They come out looking like Mini Recese’s Cups
