If 3 young kids, no time, and a civil servant’s salary doesn’t scare them all off then I can just tell them how I eat and that I’m a banjo player.

Sous vide leg of lamb. Sounds super fancy since my idea of home cooking a few months ago was tuna casserole.
Carnitas made in the Instant Pot with lime juice and spices. With steamed cauliflower drenched in Kerry Gold with a drizzle of Sriracha. And a little Cholula hot sauce on the side. Don’t limit yourself to 1 hot sauce! Lol

Recipe? New to caulirice.
Just cauliflower rice, mix in an egg or 2 depending on how much cauli rice u are using then add some salt pepper and any other spice u like mix together then put 2 spoon fulls into frying pan flatten out to bread shape, cook on one side for about 5 minutes, then flip it, then add cheese on top of one place other on top of cheese cook a little bit then place on plate… Woola… cheese toasties without bread have fun and enjoy… I know I did
I love to fill a big bowl with fresh baby spinach, splash on a little ACV, drizzle with oil and top it with canned tuna. If I’ve got pecans I’ll crush a few over the bowl.
