There’s got to be a shortage of cattle in Tulsa by now…

Last nights dinner- Keto Indian Tacos. I tried Kevin’s frybread recipe from nativeketoman. Kevin & Brenda were on the Thanksgiving episode and talked about this frybread recipe. Frybread holds a special place in my heart and I’ve been without it for a long time. But now I have a great substitute! Thanks Kevin!

Topped it off with taco meat, cheese, salsa, black olives, sour cream, avocado, and lettuce.

Yeah, so sad the Canadian Costco’s (at least the ones near me) don’t carry pork belly. I’ve had luck at Asian grocery stores.

My husband is so excited to see this. He grew up in South Dakota on a reservation (though not native) and he’s been craving Indian tacos for a while.

That looks amazing! (drooling)

I feel these are a great substitute, it was fluffy enough and a little crispy on the outside. I was born and raised on a rez in Montana and I also have Indian taco cravings. :smirk:

So basically roll the pepper across a flat surface before cutting into it. Put very light pressure on the pepper as you roll. You should be able to feel the membrane breaking inside the pepper. This releases all the peppery goodness!

Buttered steak, simple but gorgeous (yes anything more than rare is overdone for me!)

Simple, yet classy.

My first pizza bake! So happy how it came out. This made 4 servings & scratched my pizza itch without having to figure out a crust.
1 lb Italian sausage browned
1 red pepper sliced & cooked a bit with the sausage
1 jar Rao’s pizza sauce
8 oz mozzarella shredded
18-20 Uncured pepperoni slices halved

Layer in a casserole & bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes.
