I got to spend some time this weekend with one of my Hispanic speaking friends and he showed me a trick to really bring out the heat in a jalapeño. It worked.
Chicken Thigh Pizza Crust - Pizza. Tasted amazing. Grocery store had no ground chicken thigh so I made my own in my Vitamix from fresh chicken thighs (skinned, skin kept for chicken egg-rolls). 5#'s for $4.00! Add fresh Italian sausage, Pepperoni, Jalapenos, onions (kids side) and Pepperoni. No sauce. It was quite filling and amazing!! Pepperoni looks dark becuase I pre-crisped them!

I started an EF tonight and I wanted to fill up with some Ribs! Mmm! Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Cumin, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Paprika. All to taste, but do yourself a favor and smother them in Olive Oil so they all stick. Then cover in foil and go low and slow, 4 hours at 275 F. Joining the ribs is some Buttered Oopsie Bread and Broccoli with Butter and Cheddar. I wonât be hungry for the next 72 hours, right?

Rotisserie chicken and salad for dinner, then these beauties here (cinnamon rolls). It uses a modified fathead dough. I made half of the frosting vanilla and the other half orange. They taste amazing. Recipe here.
