Yes. I remove the buns. As you see above, I replace the noodles with kale choppings for the noodle soup. Although you can use “shirataki noodles” which is carb free and is a prebiotic.

Latke
1 head cauliflower (or a 16 oz bag of frozen cauliflower)
2 large eggs
1/2 to 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
Next time I’m adding mashed pork rinds for more texture a

I bet if you snuck in almond flour and a dash of baking powder they would be more like potato cakes.

Looks like sriracha on top of that avocado. I like taking them right from the fridge, split em open, pull the pit, fill the cavity with a mixture of sour cream and sriracha. Talk about a quick and tasty fat pill.

I figured those herbs are probably rosemary or thyme. I’m not a cook, I get the two confused all the time. I just use them both at the same time anyway. But when I saw that picture, the first thing that popped in my head was a quote from Euell Gibbons (I can’t possibly be the only one that remembers it).

Sriracha is my favorite avocado buddy. I haven’t tried them with the sour Cream yet but it’s on my list.

Try heating them on the grill or in a pan
 it’s awesome.
