Been a while since we’ve seen one of your liver creations. Very nice.

I’m coming to your house.

Scrambled eggs mixed with homemade canned jalapeño slices (not pickled) then mixed in blue cheese crumbles and left some on top… into the oven, broiled them for a couple of minutes. Delicious. Oh yeah… bacon, lots of bacon.

Trying IF did 20:4 easily. High fat deviled egg and my high fat almond joy shake, 2 eggs, 3 T coconut oil, unsweetened almond milk, heavy cream, unsweetened cocoa powder, homemade vanilla, ice cubes.

I’ve been working on the road almost all of November. Stayed Keto 100% while on the road.

(Ernest) #3356

Was a beautiful day for BBQ.

(Marie Dantoni) #3357

The peanut butter ones are so good I’m hanging on to them like Smeagol from Lord of The Rings (my preciouses!), lol!

(Darlene Horsley) #3359

Low carb zucchini enchiladas and curtido.

#3360

I love curtido!

#3361

Take heavy whipping cream, add melted coconut oil and blend. Top with toasted coconut. Has the consistency of gelato!

(bulkbiker) #3363

Proportions of cream to coconut oil? do you have to freeze it afterwards?

I need details…!

(Mike W.) #3364

I would say about 1 cup HWC, 3 tbsp of coconut oil. I didn’t freeze it, but you could! Would be good just in the fridge for an hour or so. It’s so dang good, and filling.

#3365

OMAD: hard boiled eggs, cucumber salad with onion, rice vinegar & olive oil, duck pate on finn crisps. Oh and some yummy fudge. I ate it.

(bulkbiker) #3366

mmm sounds great… may try it tonight… thanks for the info

Anytime. If you do some experimenting, please let me know. I just wanted to throw something together last night and this happened. I can’t believe how delicious it is. And the texture is close to gelato.

(Heather Miller) #3368

Bacon cooked for the next few days plus eggs with a bit of cheese and spinach for brunch…and all that glorious bacon fat to use all week! After some is poured on the eggs before i eat them of course:heartpulse::heartpulse:
