Tomorrow’s lunch

Philly Cheese Steak on caulimash, yummy in my tummy! 1/2 onion diced and slow caramelized in fat, sautéd in peppers, quick seared inexpensive steak, white cheese sauce with havarti, mozzarella, salt and pepper, and cream (couldn’t find my sodium citrate ). After the picture I stirred a little cheese sauce in the steak pan drippings, this didn’t add to the look of the sauce but it was Flavor Town!
Been cooking this all day. Cream of chicken soup made from scratch using my own homemade stock and a cheese, garlic and chive twist.
Inc cheese twist the meal comes out as:
6.4g carb (total) fibre = 5g so 1.4g carb net (but I go off total)
33g fat
41g protein
I Monday dinner: Beef meatzza with blue cheese, bacon and red onions
Tuesday dinner: egg roll in a bowl with ground pork
I see some vegetables in there. Dude, I put onions in the pan with my steak, mostly to soak up the excess butter.
Veggies are great fat vessels!! Besides that, I really don’t care for them LOL!
My wife thinks she’s just doing extremely low carb with fasting thrown in. Sorta like No sugar no grains
But! I’m the head “chef” in the house. … (she’s really on keto)
That’s her lunch… Soaked in leaf lard.
Deep fried buffalo chicken thighs! I used seasoned almond flour and pork dust with parmesan for the “breading.”
I think I have had enough greens for the week!!
Beef short ribs salad. Wash it down with MCT oil cold brew coffee. First and last meal for the day.
Not sure- it’s a steak cut in France- it’s called ‘onglet’. In England similar called skirt steak.
After consulting dr google - onglet is hanger steak. It was fried in butter then drizzled in garlic butter. I find it very tasty and a regular cut for me!
Yee Haa! Had not looked at this thread for over a month, and WOW - scrolling down through it, there are so many beautiful, colorful, mouth-watering pictures - cheers, everybody!
