Shit got out of hand on Saturday. My little boy turned 6 years old. I had a crowd, we BBQed damn near all day, then Single Malt scotch started flowing. Now my last social drink was 8 months ago. So I’m out of practice.

Long story short… Saturday night

Sunday… Afternoon…

Closed out the epic weekend with an omelette.

Keto is not my diet, it’s my lifestyle.

Dinner tonight was Headbanger’s potstickers. Sooo freakin’ good!

Little Egg Salad Lettuce wrap with hard boiled eggs, mayo, dijon mustard, yellow mustard, splash of pickle juice, salt, pepper and smoked paprika on top of romaine lettuce.

Then I made these cupcakes. It was from a recipe on Pinterest. I just used cupcake part of the recipe, and cut recipe in 1/2 so it just made 4 cupcakes. Then I made my own frosting of 2 Tablespoons coconut butter, 1 teaspoon kerrygold butter, 1 teaspoon cream cheese, splash of vanilla extract, 2 drops free and clear liquid stevia. This is a regular in our household. Have to be careful with the peppers, given the carb count, but it’s a very tasty meal for when you have a little wiggle room in your daily allotment. :slight_smile:

It is not actually that high with about 3 or 4g per half a pepper. Although all the other ingredients, it does add up!
