A new cut for me picanha, sous vide 2.5hrs 54degC, blow torch finish. Absolutely delish, will be buying again. Ended up eating 2.
Robert, oh YES. Considered the best cut at some Brazilian steakhouses. Beautiful.
Should give credit to sous vide everything on YouTube, brilliant inspirational channel, I had never heard of the cut before these guys and my butcher had to find put about it.
While not a religious person, per se, I have to state that when cheese is added to eggs like that, God is in the room.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get a picture snapped before I ate it. Cheeseburger with ground mustard and jalapeños, topped with a fried egg, over easy. There’s a chance I ate two. I’m planning a 60-hour or so fast starting in a few hours, so I’m feasting my way up to it!
Breakfast in bed: Bowl biscuit with sausage and gravy, garlic butter squash, and mudslide coffee with cream.
