Got caught in a bind today helping my partner move house. Picked up this at my local IGA, pesto was keto friendly made on site and I doused it with more olive oil than you would think possible and covered each mouthful with Parmesan and salt. Never really gone down the keto vegetable route at length before, but have to say it was one of the most satiating meals I’ve ever had (and it was tiny). May investigate further. No adverse keto affects at all

Breaking a 48 hour fast with a lovely sous vide rib eye, garlic butter mushroom and cauliflower rice recently bought from Costco, followed by raspberries & whipped cream with home made Keto cream cheese biscuits.

I’ve noticed when I set the strength to 5, I’m starving before my eating window opens, and my lunch is not satisfying.
So I like to start at 3 for my first cup, then 1 for my second cup and end caffeine consumption before noon.
Love me some eggs and bacon. However, I no longer put the bacon on paper towels. I want that fat now.
Pork, mushroom and cauliflower “risotto” then raspberry cheesecake mousse. Mousse was a bit disappointing. Thought i’d bought mascarpone but it was ricotta. Still curbed a sweet craving though.
The dressing is made with one tablespoon each of heavyweight cream, olive oil, chopped Dill and blue cheese. Blend in a blender and add a little water until it seems like a good texture. I also like making this with Dijon mustard instead of the blue cheese.
Simple high fat starters… Pate, philly, Brie & celery.

You can also make a great dip by just using heavyweight cream and various herbs, cheeses and other flavorings and putting them in the blender. The cream gets a little whipped from being in the blender and thickens nicely and it’s a great texture for dipping things into.
It does sound yummy. I adore dill weed but got kinda pissed with I looked up the carb content. I had no idea but it figures. Seems like every thing I love is carby.
