What Did You Keto Today? The Trilogy!

Dinner. Mealime creation. Chicken with a lemon olive oil sauce. I seasoned it with a spice blend. Asparagus and mozzarella

If I were to make this again I would cover it for the first 20 minutes and then uncover it to Brown. It got over brown

You mean like after I do a taste test, and possible benefits?

(Doug) #1872

Janie, that looks absolutely great. :sunglasses:

Day 2 here… was craving some fine italian pasta but didnt have the patience or desire to cook a huge meal. So i whipped this in 10 minutes.

Here we have a hot bowl of NuPasta Fettuchini with chopped chicken served with fresh basil walnut pesto!

Never tried the Konjac pasta before…but this was good! And to be able to eat the entire package for 25 calories and no carbs…even better!! PS-soak your noodles in milk after rinsing and draining for 30 minutes…apparently takes the brine"y" taste away.

I love me my PESTO!!!

I think i was Italian in a past life and then
re-incarnated into a Canadian in BC.

True confessions…on my trip I spent a lot of time on the planes because many of our flights were delayed. So I kept in my pocket some Quest Hero bars. Chocolate caramel pecan. Wow!! are they delicious. I would love to know what these are doing to my insulin. There really aren’t any reasons to eat these other than convenience. There’s a lot of Allulose in them. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=w7dd_dAwPa8

Yep. Exactly!

#1876

Yeah, I was honestly surprised at how good it was. I was determined to find a vehicle for melty brie. It seemed like an odd combination, but turned out to be delicious.

Hope you had a great day, that’s a pretty good “cake”.

(Dirty Lazy Keto'er, Sucralose freak ;)) #1878

Just another hamburger on Keto bread :slightly_smiling_face: To be honest though, I kind of overate with this one. Took about 6hrs to feel comfortable again… Then it was time to go to bed…
But look at this burger !

Oh, we used G. Hughes Sugar free BBQ sauce on these, and it was freaking awesome… And like any sugar free food should be, its sweetened with sucralose

Forgot to say, mine was a 2/3 lb patty, a bunch of cheddar cheese, Mayo, pickles, tomatoes, jalepeno’s, and lettuce. Probably was about 2 lbs total

Happy Belated Birthday by the way…
Hope it was a good’er!

Birthday Dinner

Pot Roast with Daikon, Carrot and Mushrooms

Me with my son and his mom at my old house in the Santa Cruz mountains.

A bottle of some very smooth and tasty Irish Whiskey which I drank a lot more of than I planned. LMAO watching the Liberal Redneck on YouTube after enjoying a nice vape. A pretty great time was had.

:cowboy_hat_face:
