What Did You Keto Today? The Trilogy!
It’s a breakfast casserole with eggs, sausage, bacon, ham, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and some HWC.
Very tasty, and very filling!
Looks fugly but tasty, tuna mayo with red cabbage, shiritaki noodles & some sunflower seeds for crunch.
Thought it would do 2 lunches but nope, all gone.
I’m slowly coming to accept the painful truth about my body and belly pork, the two just don’t like working together
Well, I’m gonna have to tell Lisa, because I didn’t make it. Unless they have a show where the host just orders what they want to eat.
We got it in one of our subscription boxes. I had 1 piece and thought it was ok … not super sweet. My wife had a bowl in milk and all … and she said it was ok as well.
Full disclosure … I am carnivore and never really did the cereal even when keto. My wife is a little looser on her keto so she has other “cereals” she uses … but the macros aren’t as good.

I rand late yesterday and for “dinner” I had 4 slices of deli roast beef wrapped in Munster cheese (no pic)
I would love it if the food channel recruited someone to make a Keto cooking show! Carrie Brown and Taffiny Elrod come to mind.
I told you as soon as I tasted it, that it needs tweaking… so the next one I will be changing it up a little. But over all not bad

So, my [unintentional] 66 hr fast this weekend was because I just wasn’t hungry … so I didn’t eat. I mean, that is the motto of the keto / carnivore diet … “eat when hungry, don’t when you aren’t”. I say that because I was hungry this morning so I had an early “lunch” …
1/2 lb ground meat, 2 green onion sausages.
