Rare breakfast. Husband made me a spinach and cheese omelette with basil Parmesan butter melted on top.
Here’s a review of the Catalina Crunch cereal from one of my favorite low Carb YouTubers- High Fat High Fun. I look forward to his Sunday’s with Sara episodes (Sara is his wife who started Keto quite awhile after Aaron did).
Anyway, here’s his review of the cereal:
Be aware, he seems to like some products that I don’t (for instance, the Two Good blueberry and strawberry yogurts do not taste like anything but low carb yogurt, I can’t tell there is any fruit flavor… at all).
Edit: I just rewatched this, he really does great product reviews.

My Sunday Breakfast
Thick Cut Bacon, Scrambled Eggs topped with Broccoli Hearts and Cauliflower in a Garlic Dill White Cheese Sauce.

Mid-day meal… Bacon, Eggs and Fried Squash. Two plates since the Wife was making the rest, while I ate the first place.
Avocado, garlic herb steak, avocado oil mayo
Broke my fast at 28 hrs last night, gearing up for a much longer one…probably going to steer clear of here this next fast to see if avoiding beautiful food pics helps make it easier

That gives me a really great idea of what this might be like. One of the things that keto is really short on is crunchiness, barring pork rinds. I hope they come up with some sort of Carmally Cap’n Crunch-ish type one. It’s still quite a few carbs if you’re trying to stay under 20 but maybe as a crunchy snack you could do a quarter cup in a baggie

Had some pork trimmings for lunch. I had put them in the freezer for months ago. The price on these were really good. It was actually far more meat than you might expect.
