I have 2 that are nearly ready (and on a fast… just passed 24 hours…aiming for 48) and hubby is making Nice Angus beef burgers tomorrow night -family party- and I have 5 more I bought in a bag like above pic, that are hard but the 7 will be all gone before next Friday night’s grocery shopping… I lovveee avocados soo much!

Even after a 1000 kcal breakfast I am hungry already! I’m not sure what this is about but I have had increased hunger and eaten more food while dropping weight almost daily? Getting ready to wok up some Chinese food in a few minutes, that’s the prep in the background.

Sous vide chuck roast for about 18 hrs then 3 hours in the smoker. Tender and delicious! Have a rump roast in the sous vide for tomorrow night. Cooking it 20 degrees lower temp so will still be pink inside.
All those above meals look soooo delcious… I should not be reading this thread on a fast… hahaha but very very nice –

Daikon noodles, in meat sauce (Italian sausage, broccoli, cream cheese, tomato sauce & plenty of oregano).
With my homemade diet soda!
Sorry I didn’t get back but yes it’s fat head pizza. I used the one on Dietdoctor.Com. I did have to melt the mozzarella and cream cheese but it was easy. I might try the Matthead one to compare. I really liked the one I made though.
Forgot to load this meal from earlier… Hamburger with Swiss & Sour Cream, Cottage Cheese, Olives, Pickles and some Zucchini Fries. Then some Chicken Gizzards and Hearts in a buttery gravy.
That’s the extent of my cooking this weekend, with the scotch eggs yesterday and now this for breakfast. I’m all cooked-out, effort overload
I’ve never made scotch eggs before although I’ve had them. I thought the bacon on the outside was supposed to be a bit more cooked looking. Yummy though! Nice work!
