Lunch was this cheese-crusted omelette - I can’t remember who it was who posted this idea a while back, but I SALUTE YOU!
What Did You Keto Today? The Trilogy!
Today’s meal: salmon, 2egg omelette with garlic chives, celery and wild tomatoes from the balcony garden, linseed porridge with strawberries and cream for dessert since I was craving fiber.
I’m only using half a scoop, because people have said that it can give you digestive issues if you start at too enthusiastically. I got chocolate. My plan was to mix it in my coffee. But currently I have flavored coffee. So yesterday I had 8 ounces of hot water with a half a scoop of MCT oil. Later in the morning I felt a little rumbly in the gut but didn’t have any problems. I didn’t feel any elation either, from the medium chain fats. Today I am using half a scoop as well. I might crank up to a whole scoop tomorrow.
Glad its working out well for you! Does it have any sweeteners in it?
I’m going away in a month and will be staying in a hotel so thinking ahead I might need to get something like this to travel with.

Cowboy seal of approval!
I’m in Worthing West Sussex. I didn’t think you were that far away!
I took my Mum to Canterbury last year to see an old friend By amazing coincidence I booked us into a hotel that had been the house she had been evacuated to in the war!
Oh my goodness you’re not far from me at all! We could totally have a chicken party!
Canterbury is a great city, lots of awesome history to check out. What a coincidence for your Mum!
Lol it was! Even the air raid shelter was still in the garden!
I was just trying to see if I could remember where it was! I love it there and took a long walk along the river!
@ClareBear I was a huge fan of the Canterbury’s Progressive music scene in the 70’s.
