I’m fasting today but I made my family this Keto clam chowder because it’s National Clam Chowder Day! I got the recipe from the Keto Soup Bowl cookbook by Carrie Brown. My family says it’s awesome.
Dinner:
Roast duck with roasted radishes, Brussel sprouts and olive, shallot, celery sauce. Too full yummy but too full.
