I’ve been cooking for Mum and I a little more to keep some control over it all! Today we had roast pork.

Apparently I still make the best ever roast pototoes!:wink: I will have to take her word for it.
Luckily she was wowed by the pureed cauliflower :yum:

Not me, but I have known people who won’t even touch a Casserole. My son eats one thing at a time off his plate. All the meat, then the vegetables etc.

Quick and easy tonight…burgers with a couple of poached eeggs and plum tomatoes. I put the eggs on the burger and let the yolk run down!

Wife & Son wanted Chaffles after V and I got back from Grocery Store, so made them Ham & Cheese and Tuna Melt Chaffles. … So I just went ahead and made one myself, while making some other stuff.

Then made up a Scrambled Egg, Sausage Patty and Cheese Chaffle.

Ended 72hr water fast this evening, a bit of bacon and a Keto pumpkin muffin (altered and combined about 3 different recipes to come up with one erythritol free that has 3 net carbs (6 total carbs)).

Husband’s car club holiday luncheon


Pork belly, biscuit, lobster, bacon wrapped eggs, more bacon, sausage, clams, drawn butter, sour cream w horseradish. Later some sliced cucumber with raw tuna and salmon, more lobster, because why not.

I was making my chaffwiches for work the next 2 days. Grated cheese, mayo and chilli!


And there was just enough mix for an extra chaffle with the grated cheese mix. And I wondered… what if I put it under the grill,
