Your fried eggs look so good, I’ve had broken yokes lately. I need to practice more.
What Did You Keto Today? The Trilogy!
Hope the blood test went well! I thought what we had here in your picture was some floating brains
They were definitely eggs - and they tasted better than they looked!
Am sure all’s well - just my regular diabetes and thyroid tests. Going back in a couple of weeks (so the nurse to shout at me about my cholesterol, I expect)!
Another night at the opera!

4 eggs
Whisk everything together and add according to taste or wishes:
-Erythritol

Have a great time. That is awesome that they don’t mind you bringing food in. Here you get in trouble for that.
My in laws flew in from Honolulu and brought us some taro leaf and a few ti leaves, so we spent the morning making chicken thigh and pork combination lau lau! I can get lau lau frozen here in Seattle, or from Hawaiian restaurants, but nothing beats the tradition of making it at home. I didn’t buy the butter fish (black cod), so that’s been omitted and there wasn’t enough ti leaf to wrap all the lau laus, so I split them and wrapped the individual packages in foil and now they’re steaming for four hours. We’ve got enough lau lau going to last us a year.
I’ve said it before and I’ll day it again- most traditional Hawaiian food is perfectly keto, perfectly nutritious and tastes amazing.
Pot Roast Dinner
Cauliflower Mash and Spaghetti Squash
I was planning to grill Chicken Thighs but opted for leftovers instead.
Today’s OMAD, Ground Hamburger with shredded Cabbage, then added some Rao’s Marinara Sauce and topped with Mozzarella and baked. Added some Parmesan too. Was basically like Lasagna with no noodles, but was quite good. Actually had two pieces with Pickles, Olives and Cottage Cheese.
