Saturday OMAD

18oz [Super Fatty] Ribeye and 3 Boiled Eggs

Sunday TMAD (no pics)

Lunch - 12 oz Ribeye and 2 sunny side up eggs
Dinner - Pork skins and 2 x Kiolbassa

Monday OMAD

6 x [cooked] eggwhites, sprinkle of cheese, 12 oz [raw] ground beef], topped w/ the 6 x [raw] egg yolks. Side plate of beef liver.

I had pork shoulder that I cooked in the instapot for 30 minutes. We had Mexican with sweet peppers, cheese, sour cream, salsa and avocado. I forgot to add lettuce but didn’t miss it. Hubby and son had nachos with theirs.
I was having a chocolate withdrawal so made Carrie’s delicious chocolate butter fat bombs. Totally hit the spot.

My favorite Cajun spicy sausage and Brussels sprouts. One sheet pan, everything sliced and seasoned, baked at 400° for 35 minutes. (I ate many of the crispy crunchy leaves before I took the photo.So yummy!)
