@TimeForMe - just mayo and some Primal Kitchen unsweetened spicy ketchup. I’ve had a romance with this particular leftover meatloaf sandwich recipe since early childhood. My husband thinks I’m a heretic, which is a funny position for a hapa Filipino who’ll put just about anything in his pie hole.
I just grabbed a bottle for $2.99 at Grocery Outlet, haven’t tried it yet. Burgers later probably.
