Ketoversary Part 2
I ended up driving a couple hours south to see my lady friend who moved back to California from Florida, I knew it would be a compromise for social reasons. We went to a neighborhood Barn Dance and Chili cook off, I did my best!
Three Hotdogs and Chili with unknown ingredients and carb counts, I avoided the obvious carb foods and went with the flow…(living dangerously!). I also drank a couple ounces of Four Roses Bourbon.
Sunday was a typical KETO breakfast like I post often, Sausage, Eggs, Tomatoes and Skellig Cheddar. Sunday Dinner Kim’s son made a typical Americanized Taco Bell style taco/burrito build your own set up. I made a bowl and added some beans to the ground meat, cheddar cheese. avocado and tomatoes. I also drank a couple shots of Sauza Tequila with lemon wedges and pink salt. It was all worth it. No carb hangover Monday morning but temporarily up three pounds!
