It’s vodka soda Saturday for me so I knocked up something yummy and satisfying…mince with sour cream, cheese and tomatoes!

Woooooohoo! Don’t get me wrong…I do love a vodka buzz, I just wish it tasted a bit more exciting!
Spruce it up then! Lime or lemon peel, water flavoring drops, cucumber slices, a couple of muddled berries etc.
Hmmmm that could work! I threw some lemon in to spruce it up a little…I wonder if a bit of stevia might sweeten it up??
I use pomegranate cherry club soda. No sugar so no worries. Im all bout the effect and drink it so fast that the taste barely matters.
You’re onto something there! Next Saturday I’m gonna drink faster!
Ribs for dinner. Crock pot with dry rub. Finished on the grill at 400F. Lots left over for another day.
Cheeseburger and Collards
Fontina Cheeseburger with homemade fermented pickles and mustard. Collards from my garden with meat stock and leftover bacon from breakfast. I know that I probably just confused some of you with that last mysterious ingredient…

Raw sockeye salmon with tarama sauce (carp roe and olive oil), chicken liver, lamb brain and duck egg yolk.
It was a beautiful day in the neighborhood so I fired up the grill and BBQ’d anything in my fridge that wasn’t moving. Pork chops, pork steaks, little beef steaks, hot dogs, hamburgers, brats. I made a bacon cheddar broccoli salad to go with it.
I’m not going to have to cook again for days.
Dinner… Chicken, Broccoli & Mushroom, which ended up more like soup then casserole, but was good. Also had some Pickled Sausage, Olives, Pickles, Pepperoni, Ham rolls, Hard Salami and Cheese.
