Dinner. Mealime Creation
Marinated salmon on dressed cabbage. Marinade: lime, sweetener, sesame seed oil, olive oil, ginger. Dressing and cabbage same as above except for the ginger. Cooked the marinade as a sauce and dressed the cabbage and salmon with sesame seeds and sauce.

I don’t even know what you would call these… But we used to eat these on sourdough chibatta bread…

So my GF picked up a package of these Jalepeno cheddar sausages tonight while we were shopping, and they were only 3gm’s of carbs each.

So I only had to make a couple Keto buns… Using like 3/4’s Almond flour, and 1/4 oat fiber. They came out great !

Anyhow, here’s a shot of all the ingredients, and a shot of the finished product. Tasted fantastic. I think mine was about 16 gm’s total carbs. So since my breakfast was zero carbs (Salmon and eggs) I’m okay for the day :slightly_smiling_face:

My GF’s was only 1 sausage and a smaller bun, so probably like 12 carbs… But she eats fat bombs all day, so she will probably eat 30 gm’s today… then again, she is at the minimum she wants to weigh, so a few extra carbs is not going to hurt her.


Oh, and on the back left over there is a Beef Tri Tip marinading in Soy sauce, which will be going in the Sous Vide tonight, for 16 hrs :grinning:
